Smoky Valley High School

Hi! I’m Mrs. Piepho, and I’m thrilled to be helping start and grow the Ag program here at Smoky Valley. I’m originally from Bennington, Kansas, where I was very active in sports growing up. This past May, I graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Agricultural Education and a minor in Animal Science.

Outside of the classroom, you can usually find me outdoors, whether that’s working cattle, riding horses, camping, golfing, fishing, attending livestock shows, or cheering on the Wildcats at K-State athletic events. I’m certified in Artificial Insemination, and my entire Charolais cow-calf herd is bred through AI. I also raise purebred Labrador Retrievers, two black females named Callie and Kota, and a yellow/red fox Lab named Nala. Most recently, I added a mini dachshund to the crew named Willow!
