July 30-August 5, 2024 - ENROLLMENT for Soderstrom Elementary, Smoky Valley Middle School, and Smoky Valley High School
Returning students have the option to complete online enrollment. New students are required to enroll in person.
STUDENT ENROLLMENT
Smoky Valley School District offers online enrollment for returning students. The schools will mail enrollment packets containing online enrollment instructions and details. If you are unable to complete the online enrollment, computers and assistance is available in each building. New students must complete in-person enrollment.

Individual school building offices will be closed from June 6th through July 26, 2024.
On July 29, 2024, the building offices will reopen 8:00 am-4:00 p.m. M-F
On July 30th school building offices will be open 7:00 am-7:00 pm for Soderstrom Elementary, Smoky Valley Middle School, and Smoky Valley High School. Friday, August 2, 2024- All Smoky Valley buildings will be closed.
Enrollment - Smoky Valley Virtual Charter School
Enrollment for SVVCS is currently open by placing your name on a contact list. CLICK HERE to access the form. All enrollment for SVVCS is in-person with an appointment. Returning students will be enrolling on August 5-6, 2024. New students will be enrolling on August 7-9, 2024, with an appointment. All students must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.

2024-2025 TRANSPORTATION
The School District will provide transportation for all students in the district (grades Pre-K through 12) residing more than 2.5 miles from their attendance center. Students residing in Marquette needing transportation to and from Lindsborg will be picked up and dropped off on 5th Street on the North side of the Marquette City Park. Students needing transportation to Lindsborg from the Marquette Learning Center will be picked up and dropped off at the MLC front door on 4th Street. Students being transported to and from the Pre-K at the MES school building will be dropped off and picked up at the west doors on Swedonia Street. Note: A transportation request form must be completed by all new students requesting transportation, including Pre-K and Kindergarten students if a form was not previously completed at Kindergarten Roundup and Pre-K registration. TRANSPORTATION REQUEST FORMS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FROM BUILDING ATTENDANCE CENTERS.

The Smoky Valley Board of Education recognizes the need for assisting families in need. Fees for Activities/Sports shall be waived for students who qualify for free meals.
