Student Athletes: There will be an in-person Concussion Ed class on Wednesday, 7/30 girls at 8:30a and boys at 9:00a in the SVHS Media Center. If you can't make the meeting, you will need to complete the NFHS online class prior to practice starting on 8/18.

Intro to the Weight Room:
Any incoming 7th graders or new students to SV, please join us this week! We will teach proper form on major lifts, weight room safety, expectations, and anything else that may benefit them as we hit the weight room hard this summer!
Sessions:
Girls-
Tuesday/Wednesday from 9:00-9:45am
Thursday from 8:30-9:15
Boys-
Tuesday-Thursday from 9:45-10:30am
*All sessions will be held at the SV weight room, on the Northwest side of the high school. We will learn something new each day, so do your best to be there for all three. This helps a ton as we jump right into our strength program full-time next week!
