Gretchen Elliott, USD 400 Smoky Valley IMPACT Teacher, will be recognized at the Kansas Teacher of the Year Region 1 Awards Ceremony this Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Tony's Pizza Events Center in Salina, KS.
Gretchen will be recognized with 36 other Kansas teachers from this part of Kansas. At this ceremony, one elementary teacher and one secondary teacher will be selected as KTOY Region 1 Finalists who will then be in the running for consideration as the Kansas Teacher of the Year.
