CAN A STUDENT MAKE THEIR OWN SCHEDULE?
Yes! In fact, we WANT you to create a schedule that is most conducive to the student and family structure. We recognize that there are a lot of dynamics that may result in the need for a student to create their own schedule! As long as the student meets the requirements for completing school work and complete the weekly seminar, the family is welcome to create a schedule that works best for the student! Please note that though students are allowed to create a schedule flexible to family needs and work habits, it is imperative that the family works cohesively to create a schedule that everyone will support the student in meeting.
IS A STUDENT REQUIRED TO WORK A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF HOURS EACH WEEK?
6-12TH GRADE: A student in 6-12th grade is expected to complete 60 activities per week. This typically equates to about 20-25 hours per week. If a student does this, he/she will be on track to graduate with his/her cohort or peer group.
