Congratulations to the Smoky Valley Cross Country and Volleyball teams on advancing to state competitions this weekend. We are proud of their accomplishments, hard work and determination. It is a great day to be a Viking!
Due to COVID restrictions, crowd limitations have been put in place for both State Cross Country and State Volleyball events. Cross Country has been limited to 4 tickets per participant and Volleyball has been limited to 8 tickets per participant. There will not be any walk-up tickets available at either event.
All KSHSAA State competitions are being streamed through the NFHS Network. This is a subscription service that you will need to purchase if you wish to watch. Instructions to purchase will be on live.smokyvalley.org. Due to a contract between KSHSAA and NFHS, we will not be able to provide a local streaming option. Included with the subscription is access to all KSHSAA post-season streaming videos. You will be able to watch both Cross Country and Volleyball compete from the same account.
National Honor Society and the Smoky Valley Scholars Bowl team will be hosting a watch-party in the SVHS gym for both events. This event is for Smoky Valley High School students only. Please be on the lookout for information from Mrs. Dippel and Mrs. Williams for the event.
