Information Technology is a yearlong course.  Students must apply and be accepted to the course through an application process.  Students will be approved based on teacher recommendation and reference support.  This course may be repeated yearly.   The course focuses on advanced individual technical skills.  The course includes the operation and maintenance of district websites, community and school technical work, and individual projects that demonstrate hardware and software advancement.  All work and materials represent Smoky Valley High School and the district of USD 400.  Individuals must prove trustworthiness as well as a willingness to serve the needs of SVHS and USD 400.
