Students are not considered enrolled in SVVCS until all of the following steps have been completed, and all fees have been paid. Should you have questions concerning enrollment, simply click on the "contact us" icon at the bottom of this page to reach us.

Enrollment Procedure:

1. Families interested in enrolling a student in SVVCS must complete a pre-enrollment interview. SVVCS staff will help families determine if virtual schooling is best for each student.

2. All students applying for admission to SVVCS must submit an official transcript for the school year most recently completed.

3. All students applying for admission to SVVCS must have a complete copy of his/her immunization record on file and a copy of the student's birth certificate.

4. Enrollment fees include a $100.00 laptop use fee. $50.00 will be refunded when the laptop and accessories are returned in good condition.

5. Once enrolled, the student and his or her parents are required to attend a virtual orientation session on site to learn hands-on usage of the virtual technology necessary to access our online cirriculum, school network, and our virtual classrooms.

6. In order to remain in good standing, all SVVCS students are required to work on assigned lessons on a daily basis, attend required class meetings, keep an online learning log and make arrangements to travel to SVVCS to take Kansas State Assessments and semester finals.
