This school year begins my fourth year of involvement with the Smoky Valley Virtual Charter School.  I have been happy to be a part of the continuing development and expansion of services that SVVCS provides to its students.   My involvement the first two years was merely the evaluation of student transcripts and certification of meeting graduation requirements.  Following my retirement from Smoky Valley High School, I spent last year in working on the transcript file of students, assisting in the creating of our student course handbook, getting our courses approved for Qualified Admission to the Regent Universities in Kansas and having the initial individual conferences with students.  I also established this web site.
